The condo comes with an open plan lounge and dining area. Sliding doors give access to the private balcony overlooking a wooded area with lake beyond. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with pans, crockery, bake ware and utensils for those who wish to stay at home and cook. There is a King master bedroom with en-suite, 2nd king bedroom and 3rd twin bedroom all supplied with luxury linen.

Terrace Ridge has a fantastic Club House where you can enjoy all the facilities on offer free of charge.

There is a Games Room, Gym, a seating area with plasma TV and access to the community swimming pool and Jacuzzi. For the energetic members of your party there is a Sand Volley ball court next to the swimming pool.

Shops, restaurants, a large Publix supermarket and a petrol station are all within a few minutes drive.
